Mereo 4 today announced it has been awarded a Foreign Military Sales (“FMS”) Prime Contract with the US Army Contracting Command at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama. The Award is in support of the Multi-National Aviation Special Project Office (MASPO) under FMS Case DB-B-UPE.
The Contract (W58RGZ-21-P-0017), a Small Business Set Aside (“SBSA”) requires Mereo 4 to perform Spare Parts Support for the country of Lebanon and their fleet of UH-1H Bell Helicopter Huey II Rotorcraft. It was competed among five other small businesses and will be performed throughout the rest of the calendar year 2021 and into 2022. During performance, Mereo 4 will be responsible for several supply chain management (“SCM”) services including Procurement, Quality Assurance and Control, Warehousing, Logistics and Packaging, Handling, Shipping and Transportation (“PHST”) for spares.
