Mereo 4 Selected as a Prime Contractor on US Navy SeaPort Next Generation

Mereo 4 Holdings, LLC announced today that it has been chosen by the US Navy to be one of their contractors for the US Navy SeaPort-NxT IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity) Multiple-Award Contract (MAC) Vehicle.

As the future, primary contracting vehicle of the US Navy, it is estimated that $5,000,000,000 of services will be procured annually. Under SeaPort-NxG, contractors will compete nationally for individual task orders in both program management and engineering support services. These awards contain provisions set aside for small businesses; service-disabled-veteran owned small businesses (SDVOB); 8(a) Business Participants, woman-owned small businesses; and historically underutilized businesses zoned (HUBZONE). These MAC awards will have a five-year base period of performance, with an additional five-year ordering period option. “We are honored to be selected for this very strategic IDIQ contract”, said Amy Somers, Vice President of Business Development for Mereo 4. “We look forward to carrying on our long standing tradition of supporting the US Navy with their program requirements.”
